The Role

Based in Wanaka, the Sales and Reservations Executive will report to the GM Sales & Marketing with the core purpose of providing first-class customer service to clients (both wholesale and independent travellers) making reservations with our brands. You will also generate sales and design bespoke itineraries for our clients by understanding their needs and offering unique experiences.

There is potential to assist with marketing and administrative functions when time allows. In busy summer periods some flexibility may be required to work a rostered weekend day.

Your Skills & Experience

It is of critical importance you can display great customer service experience. You’ll be professional and polished and be comfortable building relationships quickly with a range of clients.

Your attention to detail will be imperative, as will your ability to be highly organised and juggle multiple balls in the air.

You’ll be highly adaptable and flexible with a passion for making a customers experience unforgettable. In addition, you need to enjoy working within a team environment and have a broad sense of humour.
