We’re looking for a superstar sales and marketing pro to join our brand new crew. You’ll build and grow the iFLY brand in the world’s adventure capital, leveraging your network of tourism, sales & marketing contacts to drive revenues, edgy campaigns and put iFLY on the map!
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be a high energy people person who loves making new connections and thrives in a fast-paced, results driven environment. You must be open to challenge the status quo looking for new and innovative solutions.

Building relationships with local sales agents
Developing and managing local sales channels for overseas markets into our businesses
Analysing the market and devising strategies for generating new business
Generating leads and closing sales
Hosting agents and media famil visits
Working closely with management team to develop sales and marketing strategy and create campaigns which impact our bottom line
Achieving proactive and reactive selling quotas, standards, and benchmarks that are aligned to the operational budget
2+ years’ sales and marketing experience
Minimum one year digital and social media marketing experience essential, preferably within the tourism sector in NZ
A high level of creativity and ingenuity
A love of social media
Ability to show a professional demeanour at all times
Excellent time management and organisational skills. Must be detail orientated.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms
Capable of working effectively with staff, guests and outside professionals
Ability to work unsupervised
Proficient with Microsoft office and a creative suite package, e.g Illustrator or In-design.
Positive attitude and ability to work productively and effectively with other staff
Ability to work weekends and evenings when required
Strong business acumen
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience of working with inbound & wholesale markets (travel & tourism an advantage)
