Adrift Tongariro is a professional outdoor adventure company that specializes in guided tours through the Whanganui and Tongariro National Parks. Based in National Park Village, we are located in the heart of the Central Plateau of the North Island. We are surrounded by two of the world’s most beautiful National Parks which we are proud to call home.
An exciting opportunity is available to join us in our administration and reservations team. This is an extremely important role and there will be times when you are the first point of contact either face to face, on the telephone or through email. You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and professional telephone manner combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Our reservations mandate is to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations of fast and accurate processing of all bookings and email enquiries. Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
Skiing, snowboarding, rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, it’s all right here on our door step. It is not a prerequisite that you are passionate about the outdoors however, this role provides the ultimate opportunity if you are.
