We need a two proactive and switched-on Digital Product Owners who can make a real impact, not only in our Digital Platforms team but in our organisation as a whole.
Both roles report to the Global Manager Digital Platforms and will own and manage a portfolio of digital products and services. One will be focused on digital platforms for Tourism Industry and operators in Aotearoa New Zealand. The other is focused on Tourism NZ’s Travel Agent, Business Event organiser & other B2B audiences
Your role will be to collaborate across teams to translate customer, market and business needs into a digital product strategy that delivers on business objectives and creates outstanding customers.
You will have responsibility for laying out the roadmap and guiding digital product direction, prioritise backlogs and creation and grooming of stories & epics.
You will work closely with design agencies and delivery vendors to co-ordinate and project manage improvements to user experience and the platform that achieves business objectives.
