Due to an increased demand, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Travel Designer with villa and/or inbound tourism experience to join our growing team.
You need to be solutions focused and someone who will go the extra mile to prepare the best experience for our clients, using a high level of detail and communication throughout the guest’s journey. We are a ‘no stone unturned’ kind of business. In return you will be offered a competitive remuneration and the opportunity to manage your own time ensuring deadlines are met.
This role has an immediate start and full-time and part time roles will be considered for the right person. Due to the nature of our business post Covid, we would consider applicants that can work from home, preferably based in either Auckland or Queenstown, with the flexibility to also work in the office when required.

Key Tasks and attributes include the Following:
An in-depth knowledge of New Zealand’s luxury accommodation and experiences providers and what New Zealand has to offer the discerning traveler.
A strong ability to be creative and have faultless attention to detail in your planning, ensuring no stone is unturned when designing itineraries for our valued clients.
Experience with CRM systems such as Resbook and Resonline and experience using Tour Writer would be an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills as you will be liaising with both clients/agents and suppliers daily, as well as your fellow team members.
A true passion for selling with a proven record of your experience within the industry.
The ability to manage various files at the same time, adapting to the ever-changing climate in this ‘post-covid’ time.
Willingness to work a 5-day week over a 7-day week period including, Public Holidays when required.
