Digital Producer – Maverick Digital

As a Digital Producer at Maverick Digital, no day will ever be the same – and will encompass everything from nurturing relationships and driving value for some of the agency’s most important clients to driving the seamless conception and creation of industry-leading websites. You will work hard to deliver client delight at every touchpoint, and you’ll be truly passionate about driving measureable results for tourism operators and RTO’s. 

Your main areas of responsibility will be associated with the following:

Project Management – Websites 

Help to manage and deliver bespoke, market-leading tourism website builds for our favourite people – our clients!

• Play a part in the briefing, scoping and pitching of new website projects
• Lead UX and wireframe design 
• Collaborate with our internal designer to create world class concepts
• Support our Delivery Team to create SEO led, bespoke content 
• Provide our internal development team with everything they need to bring epic sites to life in either WordPress or Silverstripe
• Work to timelines and project deliverables, and keep an eye out for scope creep or areas that may blow-out in terms of development time
• Manage sign-off processes and WIPs

Account Management – Website SLA

Building long-term, enduring relationships with our  clients!

• Craft enduring, collaborative relationships with some of the agency’s key website SLA clients
• Manage the delivery work required within the SLA 
• Facilitate and ensure open, regular, and consistent communication with clients

About you:

• You thrive when juggling multiple projects
• A real people person and love bringing together internal and external stakeholder to deliver exceptional results
• Love following processes, timelines and can bring stakeholders on the journey to deliver projects in a timely manner (within scope)
• Experience with project management required
• Experience with website development preferred, but not necessary – we have all the technical knowledge internally and can upskill you if needed.
