General Manager Sales – RealNZ

As we align our resources to position our business to reflect a redefined purpose, we are seeking a leader to guide and inspire the sales team as we deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The right person for the job will be a seasoned negotiator and an inspirational coach for your team. You will build great reciprocal relationships with our partners and embed a first in class standard for our sales teams with their agents and our guests.

You will be responsible in driving our sales while clearly defining where our we play in this competitive market. Your effective communication throughout all locations and departments of the organisation results in the best customer service, timely problem solving, effective decision making and smooth operation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience in leading Sales and Business development activity at a senior executive level within the Tourism and Leisure sectors successfully
• Significant experience leading international sales teams and operating in international markets to maximise portfolio revenue
• Solid financial acumen with the ability to analyse data and translate into strategic opportunities
