The University of Otago’s Hospitality and Tourism Management has been ranked 23rd worldwide and the best in New Zealand.

A global university ranking index has placed the tourism departments at the University of Otago and the University of Canterbury at 24th at 34th in the world respectively in the tourism and hospitality section.

The Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment Simon Upton will launch this year’s Tourism Policy School.
