Tourism Talent is seeking someone to join the iconic destination that is Larnach Castle as their next Sales & Marketing Manager and help shape the future of one of the country’s most unique heritage tourism experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded marketer and trade salesperson who thrives on building industry relationships, driving visitation, creating standout campaigns, and growing brand presence across domestic and international markets.

You’ll lead:

• Tourism trade sales and industry partnerships 
• Digital marketing, campaigns and brand activity 
• PR, media and communications 
• Visitor growth and revenue initiatives 
• Creative projects and the next phase of the Castle brand refresh 

We’re looking for someone with:

• Tourism, hospitality or destination marketing experience 
• Strong trade sales and relationship management skills 
• Digital and social media marketing capability 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills 
• A proactive, creative and commercially focused mindset
