13th July 2026 Bay Venues / TBOPTourism Bay of Plenty has appointed Kylie Smallman as its new tangata whenua representative and trustee, following a joint recruitment process by Tauranga City Council, Western Bay of Plenty District Council and Te Rangapū Mana Whenua o Tauranga Moana.
