Golden Bay tourism businesses suffering in the aftermath of ex-Cyclone Gita have been urged to apply to the government’s new relief fund in order to prompt more support.
The government’s provision of $100,000 for businesses affected by ex-Cyclone Git has been welcomed by a tourism operator group but fears it may not be enough to help the sector.
